Hi Alan:
Yes I have those records. Waiting for the 1901 ones to hopefully get more pieces of the puzzle.
I have a whole bunch of stuff on Richard Freer from Tullamore but have no connection between him and Michael at all. They did live relatively close to each other but of all the certificates and stuff I have, I have not found any overlapping person / direct or indirect connection. Richard was a Sawyer by profession and his wife's maiden name was Clinton and they had a bunch of kids. I would think if he was Michaels brother then on of Michaels boys would have been named Richard, but no.
One of Michaels children, Anne Elizabeth married a Michael Farley and ended up in New Jersey here in the US (where she died). US records are really good so I have a whole bunch of info on her.
